"Structurally this instrument is very sound and there are no problems. It appears that the bridge may have been repaired at sometime long ago. The bridge is strong and solid."
"Due to ageing, there are very small shrinkage marks and hairline splits in a some areas. These are very small, visible only on close inspection, and they are all stable and do not affect the guitar's looks or playability."
"Cosmetics: Overall this instrument has a very nice look. There are scratches and minor dings in the finish but no significant cosmetic issues and certainly no structural issues."
"Hardware: The Grovers planetary tuners appear to be original. The frets are in excellent condition, and probably original. The nut may have been replaced at one time in the distant past."
"Playability: The neck is straight, and the bridge is solid. Action at the 15th fret is 3/16" on the bass side, 1/4" on the treble. Warm rich tone."
"Included in this sale: Martin tenor guitar and non-original chipboard case."
